Nigeria: CPAN Says 2019 JAMB Marred By Biometric, Browser Failure

The Computer-Based Test Centres Proprietors' Association of Nigeria (CPAN), has alleged that the 2019 UTME was marred by both biometric and browser failures.

The President of CPAN, Mr Maxwell Akwuruoha, made this known at a news conference in Abuja on Thursday.
