South Africa: High Court Orders Prasa to Create Safety Plan for Railway Security

Three security companies have taken the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) to court for risking passenger safety by terminating their contracts early without an alternative contract being finalised.

#UniteBehind has joined three applicants - Sechaba Protection Services Western Cape, High Goals Investments CC t/a Chuma Security Services, and Supreme Security Services CC - as an amicus curiae in the Western Cape High Court case.
