South Africa: Peddie SAPS Seek Relatives After Discovering Body of a Man

Peddie SAPS Detective Unit is looking for relatives or next-of-in after a body of a man estimated to be about 40-years-old was found buried next to the road at Gcinisa village, Peddie (near Mambalwini and Mqwashwini).

This discovery happened after a community member saw a hand of a person showing from under the soil on the gravel road drainage. The community member immediately reported the frightening discovery to the police, yesterday, 07 December 2019.

The body had visible wounds on the upper body. He was dressed in a black leather jacket and maroon pants. He had a brown Strachan hat and white flip flops on his feet. His hairstyle is long dreadlocks.

On his right hand, three of his fingers had rings on.

Police are looking for family, friends, relatives or next of kin of the deceased. Any family missing a man fitting this description are requested to please contact WO Mkululi Manisi on 082 3019 713 or Peddie Detectives on 040 673 3311 for identification.
