Kenya: Waiguru Demands Apology From King Kaka, Threatens Suit

Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru wants rapper King Kaka to pull down his "Wajinga Nyinyi" song, in which he mentions her, and apologise for defaming her.

The governor, in a December 15 letter from Kiragu Wathuta & Company Advocates to King Kaka, whose real name is Kennedy Ombima, gives him 48 hours for a full, unconditional admission of liability to be issued in writing.
