Kenya: Miguna Wants Lufthansa, Air France Landing Rights Suspended

Two international airline companies, Lufthansa Group operating as German Airlines and Air France, have been sucked into a citizenship dispute pitting Kenyan firebrand lawyer Miguna Miguna against the government.

The lawyer, who lives in exile in Canada, wants the landing rights of aircrafts owned or operated by the two in Kenya suspended, a move likely to affect business if the petition succeeds.
