Zimbabwe: Supreme Court Decides Chamisa, Khupe Power Wrangle

The Supreme Court is this Tuesday afternoon set to hand judgement in a case in which former Vice President of a then united MDC-T Thokozani Khupe is challenging Nelson Chamisa's ascension to the helm of the country's main opposition following the death in February 2018 of founding party leader Morgan Tsvangirai.

Khupe argues Chamisa unconstitutionally ascended to the helm of the party and that his elevation by Tsvangirai to the job of co-vice president 2016 was undue.
