Zambia: COVID-19 Isolation Centre Irks Neighbourhood

A NEIGHBOURHOOD association is seeking an injunction to restrain three leaseholders of a property unit and a private hospital in Lusaka's Long Acres from allowing usage of a property as a Coronavirus (COVID-19) isolation centre.

Old Brentwood Drive Neighbourhood Association chairperson Alick Sakala wants the Lusaka High Court to grant him an injunction to restrain the three leaseholders of a property unit and Victoria Hospital Limited from allowing usage of a unit of property as Covid-19 screening and isolation facility.
