Zambia: Change Eating Patterns, Zambians Advised

There is need to change consumption patterns if the country is to reduce its dependence on maize crop, Agricultural expert Sebastian Chibwe has said

Mr Chibwe, a retired Kitwe based agronomist, said in an interview that it was unfortunate that people had continued depending on maize and its products for consumption.

Zambia was one of the most diverse crops growing country in the region but that something should be done to reduce interest in maize products.
