Angola: COVID-19 - Cuban Doctors Deployed in All Municipalities

Lubango — The Huila province will have, in each of its 14 municipalities, at least one Cuban family medical doctor, from the group that recently arrived in the country, said Thursday, Luciana Guimarães, director of the Provincial Health Office.

Speaking to journalists, the manager said that there are guarantees from the minister of the sector that there is one family doctor for each of the municipalities and three more specialists for the Central Hospital of Lubango, António Agostinho Neto, at least for the beginning, whose arrival should happen by Saturday.
