FEEM and SDGC/A Release a Series of Educational Videos on COVID19 Prevention

The Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) in collaboration with The Sustainable Development Goals Center for Africa (SDGC/A) have produced a series of educational short videos on COVID19 prevention and response. It a series of eight videos produced in three languages: English, French and Portuguese. They aim at increasing awareness on the COVID19 pandemic and educating the public on appropriate response actions including hygienic habits.

The Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) in collaboration with The Sustainable Development Goals Center for Africa (SDGC/A) have produced a series of educational short videos on COVID19 prevention and response.

It a series of eight videos produced in three languages: English, French and Portuguese. They aim at increasing awareness on the COVID19 pandemic and educating the public on appropriate response actions including hygienic habits. Topics range from the general information about COVID19, symptoms and infection ways, hygienic habits to develop from personal level to the community level.

The videos will be disseminated though a variety of communication channels used by both institutions. They are expected to contribute to the African voice in response to this pandemic and promote positive behavior among the population.

Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) is an Italy based non-profit, policy-oriented, international research center and a think-tank producing high-quality, innovative, interdisciplinary and scientifically sound research on sustainable development. FEEM and SDGC/A signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Milan aiming at promoting partnership for the realization of research programs, counseling and capacity building development for African governments especially upon the study of energy markets. The MoU includes joint communication actions for a scientific delivery of the main research outputs achieved; under which the educative videos were produced.

Moreover, the two institutions agreement plans joint studies about socio-economic African dimension with a special focus on the evaluation of national and regional development plans, energy systems analysis at a national level and supply chain, management of natural resources (especially water).
