interview

The number of people recovering from coronavirus (Covid-19) in Zimbabwe continues to increase, with latest statistics from the Ministry of Health and Child Care indicating that as at May 17, 2020, 17 people had fully recovered from the disease. Although Zimbabwe lost four people to the virus, the country is still ranked among the least affected in Africa with 46 infected people still suffering from the disease. Our Senior Health Reporter Paidamoyo Chipunza (PC) spoke to one of the 17 people who recovered. This person, who shall be identified as Case 1 (C1) was the first person to be confirmed of having Covid-19 in Zimbabwe
