Angola: COVID-19 - Angola Records Four New Positive Cases

Luanda — Four new positive cases of covid-19 have been recorded in the last 24 hours in Angola, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 77.

According to the secretary of state for Public Health, Franco Mufinda, the new cases are local transmission ones.

Those infected, the official added, are residents of Hoje Ya Henda suburbs, involving the so-called case 31 linked to a Guinea Conakry national who skipped the home quarantine.

Of the 77 positive cases, 49 are infections of local transmission with four deaths, 18 recoveries and 55 active patients.
