The African Forum on Green Economy will host a webinar on Natural Capital and Development Finance on Wednesday, 10 June 2020 at 14:00 WAT / 16:00 EAT.

The session will bring together senior leaders from multilateral development banks, African governments, the private sector, and civil society, to discuss the opportunities and risks for building greener and more sustainable African economies in the aftermath of COVID-19.

Key speakers are: Kevin Urama, Senior Director of the African Development Institute (ADI) at the African Development Bank, Alice Ruhweza, Africa Regional Director of the World Wildlife Fund, and Thomas O'Brien, Senior Adviser to the Vice President for Africa at the World Bank. The session will be moderated by Vanessa Ushie, Manager of the Policy Analysis Division in the African Natural Resources Centre of the African Development Bank.
