Gambia Confirms 2 More COVID-19 Fresh Cases

The Gambia has registered two more cases of covid-19, bringing the country's total number of infections to 47 with 2 deaths.

The latest two cases have all been imported, medical sources confirmed to The Point.

The patients were two Senegalese males who are in their 20s. They crossed to The Gambia through the Amdalai border.

Meanwhile, the Senegalese Ministry of Health yesterday registered 112 positive cases of covid-19, bringing the total number to 6,698, 108 deaths, 4,341 recovered and 2, 248 under treatment.
