Angola: Malanje-Projovem - 66 Projects Get Funding

Malanje — Sixty-six projects worth AKz 211. 3 million were financed in the last five years to assist 66 youth entrepreneurs in northern Malanje province, under the promotion of self-business and job creation programme.

The projects, which include trade, service provision, hotel, industry, agriculture and aquaculture sectors, were financed by Banco do Comerco Industria (BCI) bank, as part of credit line to support the youth entrepreneurship of Projovem.

The Provincial Director for Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, Fernandes Cristóvão, who was speaking to ANGOP also confirmed the delivery of vehicles and motorbikes for taxi service to support young people.

This initiatives generated more than 100 direct and indirect job posts in 2015-2020 period.
