Angola: COVID-19 - 23 More Positive Cases, One Death Reported

Luanda — The national epidemiological picture has registered 23 more positive cases and one death in the last 24 hours.

According to the Secretary of State for Public Health, Franco Mufinda, who was briefing on the data on Covid-19 in the country, there are 22 patients from Luanda and one from Kwanza Norte.

The death, he said, was of a 30-year-old male patient who was in critical condition a few weeks ago, at the Maria Pia Hospital, and who died at the Barra do Kwanza Hospital, where he was transferred.

With these, the country has 506 infected, 118 recovered, 362 active and 26 deaths
