Morocco to Celebrate Eid Al-Adha On 31 July

Rabat — Morocco will celebrate Eid Al Adha (Festival of Sacrifice) on Friday 31 July, which coincides with the 10th day of the Islamic month of Dhu Hijja, the ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced.

In a statement, the ministry in charge of sighting the crescent said that the month of Dhu Hijja of hegira year 1441 was sighted on Tuesday (21 July) and consequently Eid Adha will be celebrated on Dhu Hijja 10 corresponding to 31 July 2020.
