Kenya: Set Up Testing Centre in Nakuru, Lee Tells MoH as Covid-19 Cases Rise

Nakuru County has surpassed the 500 mark in the number of positive Covid-19 cases even as Governor Lee Kinyanjui expressed concerns about delays in release of results of people tested.

On Sunday, Governor Kinyanjui revealed that despite having the capacity to collect samples, the county government has to wait for up to seven days to receive results from the Kenya Medical Research Institute (Kemri) laboratory in Nairobi.
