The Governments of Liberia and Japan signed a grant agreement for two separate grant aids totalling ¥350,000,000 Japanese Yen (approximately 3.3 million US Dollars) in Accra, Ghana on Thursday August 6.
The Exchange of Notes was executed between Liberia's Ambassador to Ghana, Genevieve A. Kennedy and Ambassador Tsutomu Himeno, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Liberia.
