The Bank will hold a virtual consultative workshop to discuss approaches and options in designing its Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Framework on 8 September 2020, at 12:30 GMT. The Bank's PPP Framework is intended to guide its support for and implementation of PPPs in African countries.

The workshop will cover interactive discussions on:

The bank's support to develop PPP enabling frameworks and strengthening government capacity to undertake PPPs in its Regional Member Countries;

The Bank's support for PPP project preparation, transaction advisory services and financing

The workshop will be presented and moderated by the African Development Bank (www.afdb.org) with the support of RebelGroup International (www.rebelgroup.com), an international advisory services firm retained by the Bank to support the development of its PPP Framework.
