Malawi: Mzuzu Vendors Petition MCP Headquarters for the North

Mzuzu — Vendors in Mzuzu Friday gathered at Regional Malawi Congress Party (MCP) Regional Headquarters for the North to present a petition in which they blamed Mzuzu City Council (MCC) for alleged unfair distribution of marketing space at Mzuzu flea market.

In an interview with Malawi News Agency (Mana) in Mzuzu, one of the concerned vendors, Ishmael Kazembe said some vendors have been given more than three marketing spaces while others have nowhere to elect their benches.
