Nigeria's Covid-19 Cases Rise By 131 to 56,735

Nigeria has recorded 131 new cases of COVID-19, bringing to 56,735 the number of confirmed cases in the country.

Announcing this yesterday, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said Lagos recorded 45 new cases; Kaduna and Plateau, 17 each; Federal Capital Territory (FCT),16; Delta and Niger, six each; Kwara, five; Oyo, three; Akwa Ibom, Ekiti, Cross River, Enugu, Osun and Sokoto, two each; while Bauchi, Ebonyi, Katsina and Rivers recorded one each.
