Abuja — The Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Mathew Hassan Kukah, yesterday said the Catholic Church was in support of the efforts of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to rid the country of corruption, economic and financial crimes.
A statement by EFCC said Bishop Kukah spoke while playing host to the Sokoto Zonal Head of the Commission, Bawa Usman Kaltungo, who paid him a courtesy visit.
