Namibia: Input Into the Development of a Geotechnical Database Needed - Ministry of Mines Invites Interested Stakeholders

The Ministry of Mines and Energy through its department of Geological Survey (GSN) is developing a web based Geotechnical database that seeks to preserve historical geotechnical data, facilitate analysis of existing geotechnical data, and increase efficiency in infrastructure concept design.

Ministry of Mines and Energy spokeperson, Andreas Simon in a statement invited interested institutions and individuals to a virtual consultation meeting/ engagement where the concept of this database will be presented, together with the aims and objectives of the database.
