Luanda — Angolan President João Lourenço said Thursday that the consolidation of the democratic rule of law and the fight against corruption and impunity, one of the pillars of the new governance paradigm, entails action of the governing body of justice and human rights, which has made huge progress.

Speaking at the opening of the 4th Legislative Session of the IV Legislature of the National Assembly, where he delivered a speech on the State of the Nation, the Angolan Head of State referred to diplomas at the legislative level.

He cited, as an example, the law to prevent and combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
