Luanda — President of the Republic João Lourenço said on Thursday in Luanda that the demand for electricity supplied in the country is currently 1,957 megawatts (MW), which represents an increase of 11 percent, in relation to the last year.
Speaking at the opening of the 4th Legislative Session of the IV Legislature of the National Assembly, the President said that these figures are a reflection of investment actions in the extension of transport networks and the connection of new consumers.
