Angola: Cubal's Granite Potential Advertising Defended

Benguela — The Cubal municipality has a very rich and vast granite resources, which can be used for mosaic manufacturing, as well as stones for sidewalks in cities and towns that should be widely disclosed to attract investors, the geologist Silvano Levy, defended on Monday.

Speaking to Angop, the specialist defended greater dissemination of this potential, through local and international conferences to attract investors with projects that ensure sustainable development. Silvano Levy said the region urgently needs granite processing industries to take advantage of the existing geological resources. "Cubal, Caimbambo and Ganda are rich in granite, but they have no industry to transform it," the geologist said.
