Polytechnic lecturers on Thursday claimed that the institutions had suffered continued neglect and urged the Federal Government to change the tide so as to improve the quality of technical manpower in the country.
Mr Anderson Ezeibe, National President, Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), while briefing journalists at ASUP's 98th NEC meeting in Jos, regretted the "utter neglect" of technical and vocational education sub-sector.
