Tunisia-France Parliamentary Friendship Group Holds Constitutive Meeting

Tunis/Tunisia — The Tunisia-France Parliamentary Friendship Group held, on Wednesday afternoon at the House of People's Representatives (HPR), its constitutive meeting, under chairmanship of its President MP Sofien Makhloufi.

The participants in the meeting underlined the group's "major" role in fostering relations as part of parliamentary cooperation, according to a HPR press release.

During the meeting, focus was laid on the need to identify the working mechanisms and priorities at this exceptional stage, notably regarding the files of irregular migration, the pandemic situation and the economic relations.
