Tunis/Tunisia — A one more Covid-19 fatality was reported on Monday in the Tozeur local hospital, pushing the death toll in the governorate to 178 since the outbreak of the pandemic.
40 infections were also reported in the region, taking the infection tally in the region to 4,425, including 3,919 recoveries, Head of Health Programmes in Tozeur Fouad Barani told TAP.
The region counts currently 506 active virus-carriers, 20 of whom in the region's hospitals, the official said.
