Morocco: HM the King Extends Condolences to Family of Late Mohamed Ismaïl

Rabat — HM King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences and compassion to the family of the late Mohamed Ismaïl, a director and screenwriter.

In this message, the Sovereign said he learnt with great sorrow the news of the passing of Mohamed Ismail.

In this painful circumstance, HM the King expressed to the members of the deceased's family and to all his relatives and friends, his heartfelt condolences and sincere compassion following the loss of "one of the pioneers of film production". With the passing of the late Mohamed Ismaïl, the 7th art in Morocco lost one of its figures who contributed, through their creative works, to the promotion of film production as well as to the enhancement of art and culture at the national and international levels.

The Sovereign prayed God to grant the family of the late Mohamed Ismail patience and comfort, to fully reward the deceased for his known national artistic contribution and to welcome him in His paradise among the virtuous ones.
