Zambia: Court Order Keeps Kambwili in Charge of NDC

THE Ndola High Court has stayed an ex-parte order in a case involving National Democratic Congress (NDC)officials Joseph Akafumba, Bridget Atanga and others who claim that Chishimba Kambwili has been masquerading as the party's president.

Ndola high Court judge Mary Mulanda stayed the order and ordered the plaintiffs to pay the costs.

According to the ex-parte order dated March 30, 2021, Ms Justice Mulanda further ordered for an inter-parte hearing set for April 9, this year.
