Tunis/Tunisia — Faced with the COVID-19 pandemic, in Tataouine (South of Tunisia), Governor of the region, Adel Ouerghi described the situation as "very dangerous", calling on citizens to protect themselves and respect the health protocol in force. The region is now classified as a red zone, he cautioned.
He added, Wednesday, in a statement to TAP correspondent in the region, that the beds in the COVID-19 department of the regional hospital of Tataouine and the local hospital of Ghomrassen are fully occupied.
