Angola: Lobito Hosts Literary and Gastronomic Fair

Lobito — A three-day literature, handicraft and gastronomy fair is being held in Lobito city, southern Benguela province, as part of the World Book and Copyright Day, ANGOP has learned.

According to the coordinator of the event, Félix Kibeka, the initiative comes to encourage young people to join the arts and present their products to the public.

There are young people with a lot of talent that need an opportunity to show what they know how to do", Kibeka said.

According to the coordinator, among the guests, are participating in this three-day event, four employees of the Faculty of Science of the Agostinho Neto University, two publishers from Luanda and one from Huíla.
