Tunisia: Covid-19 - Monastir Reports 2 Fatalities and 56 More Infections

Tunis/Tunisia — The governorate of Monastir reported 2 more Coronavirus-related fatalities, taking the death toll to 501, according to the last figures released by the local health directorate.

56 further infections were recorded, bringing the caseload to 18,712, including 17,019 recoveries since the spread of the pandemic.

The region currently counts 1,192 virus-carriers, 73 patients of whom in the various hospitals and clinics of the region.
