Senegal: VP Touray Graces Dakar Forum for Women in Extractive Fields

Accompanied by a high-powered delegation including Honourable Speaker of the National Assembly, Mariama Jack-Denton, Ministers of Energy and Petroleum, Hon. Fafa Sanyang,Gender, Children and Social Welfare, Hon. Fatou Kinteh, Basic and Secondary Education, Hon Claudiana Cole, Hon. Amie Fabureh, Permanents Secretaries and other Gambian officials, The Gambian Vice President Dr Isatou Touray, was at King Fahad Palace in the Senegalese capital of Dakar to grace the African Platform for the Women Empowerment forum.

The round table forum run on the theme: Oil and gas: the place of women-led companies in local content was organised by PAAF in collaboration with the Senegalo-Gambia network of entrepreneurs and leaders, headed by its president, Saida Mussokoro Mbaye of Senegal and Vice President Aja Adu Lette Sey of The Gambia.
