Tunisia: Acting Justice Minister Takes Part in 67th Session of Council of Arab Justice Ministers

Tunis/Tunisia — Acting Justice Minister Hasna Ben Slimane took part, Wednesday, in the 67th session of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Justice Ministers held by VTC. She emphasised the need to promote coordination on Arab issues of common interest, calling to increase joint action, particularly with regard to the justice aspect. Quoted in a press release from the Justice Ministry, the minister praised the efforts made by the Beirut-based Arab Centre for Legal and Judicial Research in developing studies and organising major conferences and workshops. Several decisions and proposals put forward by the participants were adopted at this virtual event.

Work culminated in the election of Kuwait as the head of the executive office of the Council of Arab Justice Ministers.
