Tunisia: 168 Undocumented Migrants Rescued - National Guard

Tunis/Tunisia — One hundred and sixty-eight undocumented migrants, including 122 sub-Saharan Africans, had been rescued on June 13-14 by the National Guard's floating units in several regions, spokesman for the National Guard's General Directorate Houcemeddine Jebabli said on Tuesday. They had left the coasts of Sfax, Takelsa, Téboulba, Menzel Temime, Kerkennah and Chebba, the same source specified.

The public prosecutor's office was consulted on the matter and ordered to take the necessary measures against them.
