Zambia: ZCCM-IH Transfers Investrust, Mushe Shares to IDC

ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc has signed a Group Restructuring and Reorganisation agreement with the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) to transfer its shares in Investrust Bank Plc and Mushe Milling Limited respectively.

The development will also see ZCCM-IH assuming shareholding in Kagem Mining Limited, thus improving the group's efficiencies.

ZCCM-IH would transfer its 71.4 per cent shareholding in Investrust Bank Plc and 100 per cent shares in Mushe Milling Limited to IDC at a market value.
