Nigeria: Anambra Governorship - Despite Suspension By Faction, Soludo Emerges APGA Candidate

Hours after he was suspended by a faction of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Prof. Charles Soludo, yesterday emerged the candidate of the party for the November 6, 2021 governorship election in Anambra State.

The crisis rocking the party deepened yesterday as the National Executive Committee (NEC) under the Jude Okeke-led faction suspended Soludo from the party over alleged anti-party activities.
