Tunisia: Saudi Arabia Willing to Further Support Tunisia - Ambassador

Tunis/Tunisia — Saudi Ambassador to Tunisia Abdelaziz Ben Ali al-Saqr reaffirmed during his meeting on Monday with Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi, his country's willingness to support Tunisia in its efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic and to send more medical aids in this sensitive phase. The Prime Minister thanked the Saudi leaders for the assistance offered to Tunisia in these exceptional health circumstances, the Prime Ministry said n a press release.

Last Thursday, a Saudi plane, the third of its kind, loaded with a new medical cargo landed at Tunis-Carthage airport.
