Zimbabwe: Standard Chartered Supports Young People in Zimbabwe Hit By Covid-19

Standard Chartered Zimbabwe has launched a new community project to support young people in Zimbabwe recover from the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The programme is part of Futuremakers by Standard Chartered, the Bank's global initiative to tackle inequality by promoting economic inclusion for young people for disadvantaged young people across its markets, including those affected by COVID-19.

Delivered by BOOST Fellowship with funding from the Standard Chartered Foundation, the project aims to support young people between 18 and 25 who are struggling to find work or start a business in today's challenging economic environment. It will provide them with employability and entrepreneurship skills training, as well as mentoring and business support.
