Egypt Deeply Concerned Over Changing Situation in Cyprus' Varosha

Egypt is deeply concerned over the situation in Varosha, Cyprus, after attempts to open it partially, a matter that violates the UN Security Council-related resolutions.

In a statement, the Foreign Ministry called for abiding by the UNSC resolutions on this issue and avoiding any unilateral actions that escalate the situation and make it more complicated.

It urged full commitment to the comprehensive settlement of the Cyprus problem according to the international legitimacy's resolutions.
