Africa: Over 78,3 Million Covid-19 Vaccinations Administered Across Continent

Cape Town — As of September 15, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  8,082,697 while over 78,322,836 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  203,966 and  7,341,803 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases  2,864,534 and  85,302 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 908,349 ), Tunisia ( 695,406 ), Libya ( 326,370 ), Ethiopia ( 325,379 ), Egypt ( 293,951 ) and Kenya ( 244,380 ).
