Africa: Nearly 100 Million Covid-19 Vaccinations Administered Across Continent

As of October 12, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  8,394,443 while over  99,670,975 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  214,113 and  7,722,557 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases  2,912,346 and  88,346 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (  939,356 ), Tunisia (  709,866 ), Ethiopia ( 355,001  ), Libya (  346,813 ), Egypt (  313,259 ) and Kenya (  251,248 ).
