Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry arrived in Tripoli on Thursday to take part in the the international ministerial conference on the stability of Libya, Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Hafez tweeted.
The conference will draw a wide international participation as part of efforts to drum up support for the war-torn country ahead of December election.
