Africa: Over 116 Million Covid-19 Vaccinations Administered Across Continent

Cape Town — As of October 30, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  8,491,839 while over 116,506,161 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  217,964 and  7,845,767 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases  2,921,589 and  89,151 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 945,720 ), Tunisia ( 712,318 ), Ethiopia ( 364,576 ), Libya ( 356,655 ), Egypt ( 329,136 ) and Kenya ( 253,151 ).
