Africa: Over 123 Million Vaccinations Administered Across the Continent

Cape Town — As of November 6, 2021, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  8,526,266 while over 123,323,713 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  219,201 and  7,786,467 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases  2,923,393 and 89,295 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (  947,139 ), Tunisia ( 713,071 ), Ethiopia ( 366,783 ), Libya ( 360,266 ), Egypt ( 335,673 ) and Kenya ( 253,737 ).
