Africa: Over 128 Million Vaccinations Administered Across the Continent

Cape Town — As of November 15, 2021, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  8,560,043 while over 128,042,281 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  220,679 and  7,955,592 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases  2,925,939 and  89,484 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 948,226 ), Tunisia ( 715,687 ), Ethiopia ( 368,822 ), Libya ( 365,799 ), Egypt ( 343,961 ) and Kenya ( 254,297 ).
