Africa: Over 190 Million Covid-19 Vaccinations Administered Across Continent

As of January 8, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  10,020,248  while over  196,657,884 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  230,820  and  8,778,120 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases  3,513,83 and  92,252 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (  990,057 ), Tunisia (  738,442 ), Ethiopia (  442,187 ), Libya  (  392,868  ) Egypt (  391,115 ) and Kenya (  309,30)
